The Ministry Fromation day was inspiring, engaging, and filled me with hope. It was clear that there are many people in the community who are very interested in taking part in one or more of our ministires. We need to examine how people are invited to, connected to and supported in a ministry. Michael Termini
This blog is an experiment by Pastoral Council. First, it is a way to preserve the record of ministry formation day (the program, the context, the segues, and much of the content) so that the day was not simply a 'one-off' wonderful experience for those who attended. Second, this blog is a mechanism for having additional conversations about the day, or any element of it. Third, this blog can be a repository for the notes or ideas of people who attended.
We hope it is a useful medium and relatively easy to use. If you have problems or questions, you may post them to the blog or email sandy.mattingly@cbhk.com.
